A Virtual Office is a trading address that you can use on your business website, marketing materials, invoices, business cards, directories and more – without sharing your personal home address!
A Virtual Office is a trading address that you can use on your business website, marketing materials, etc. Whereas a Registered Company Address is your company’s official address given when registering your company with Companies House. If you want to be able to register your company address with Companies House as at the Ministry of Work, you’ll need to ensure you select the correct package in order to do so.
No, we’re afraid not. A Virtual Office cannot be used to register your business with Companies House unless you select the correct package to allow you to do so.
Yep, we’re legally obliged to obtain copies of at least one photo ID and proof of your home address from a utility bill for anti-money-laundering checks. We will also ask you to take a selfie alongside your photo ID (your face must be clearly visible). You can use a driving license or passport for this.
Unfortunately due to the strict rules imposed by Google, only businesses with a physical presence at our address (full time members) may register their GMB address at Ministry of Work.
