THE WORKCLUBPrivate coworking in Swinton, Salford

Not a hot desk. A private work club for Greater Manchester’s most ambitious founders and business leaders.

Coworking, for people who take their business seriously

The Workclub is our take on coworking: a ‘third space’ away from the interruptions of the office and the distractions of home, set within a beautiful old chapel built in 1891.

Membership is strictly limited and by application, so the people around you are founders, entrepreneurs and executives who are serious about growing their businesses.

WHY THERE ARE NO DAY PASSES

Most coworking spaces sell desks by the day. We don’t, on purpose. A community only works when people are there week in, week out, getting to know each other and helping each other out.

That’s why the Workclub is a membership: you get a place where candid conversations about business are the norm, and where nobody is trying to sell to you.

David Newman

Founder at Firenze

“MoW has been an instrumental part of the Firenze journey, having started with a single co-working desk a year ago we now have a private office.

The owner has even introduced us to potential clients; not something you expect from your landlord!”

“Absolutely stunning building, really easy to travel to, very friendly people, the best cakes every monday, large desks and an owner who genuinely cares about your experience and is a successful entrepreneur himself”

FAQs

Do you offer hot desks or day passes?

No. Ministry of Work is a private work club, not a drop-in coworking space. Membership is application-only, so you will work alongside the same committed group of founders and business leaders every day, rather than a changing room of strangers.

How much is Workclub membership?

Membership is £350 + VAT a month on a 12-month membership, with 24/7 access, free meeting room credits, member events, refreshments and free parking.

Who is the Workclub for?

Founders, entrepreneurs and business leaders in Greater Manchester who want a focused, distraction-free place to work and a community of people at a similar stage, where candid conversations about business challenges are the norm and nobody is selling to you.

How do I join?

Apply to join with a few details and we will be in touch to arrange a tour and a chat. Spaces are strictly limited.

Where is Ministry of Work?

We are in a beautiful old chapel, built in 1891, at 41 New Cross Street, Swinton, Salford, M27 4TU. It is close to Worsley, Eccles, Walkden and Pendlebury and about five miles from Manchester city centre, with free parking.

Can my team join too?

If you need space for a team, our private offices give you your own furnished office with all the benefits of the work club. Members can also book our meeting room and content and podcast studio.
